An opportunity is available for an Architectural Technician to join a prominent and respected builder in the Perth area.
This is a fantastic chance to work for a main contracting firm, working on a variety of industrial, commercial, agricultural and residential projects.
Duties and responsibilities:

- Preparation, submission and ongoing monitoring of Planning and Building Warrant Applications
- Preparation of technical and construction drawings, details and specifications.
- Strong communication skills
- Liaising with key stakeholders both internally and externally e.g. clients, surveyors, Senior Management, wider Design team
- Attend Site visits and meetings as require
- Excellent technical ability
- Hard Working and Motivated
- Self-driven but ability to work within a team environment
Salary £27,000 - £30,000
29 days holiday per annum
Company Pension
This is a full time permanent role working 39.25 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.15pm and 8.30am to 4.30pm on a Friday.
