Job Overview:
We are a Skip Hire/Waste Transfer Station seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office and dealing with customers enquiries and needs.
This is a full-time position.
**Duties**:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Type and prepare documents, including correspondence and reports
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative/skip hire role is an advantage but not essential as training will be given
- Organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
