Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the practice
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain a filing system, both physical and digital
- Perform data entry with relevant information
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with mínimal supervision
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From £10.77 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
