**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Using our in-house travel system to provide customers with quotes for packages including cruise, flights and hotel stays
- Convert enquiries into bookings
- Achieve personal sales targets and KPI’s
- Maintain excellent knowledge of cruise lines and destinations from our product ranges
- Regular follow ups to maximise conversion
- Creating call backs to potential customers
- Utilising every opportunity to up sell to enhance the customer holiday experience
- Delivering excellent customer service with customers and building rapport
- Complete CLIA Ambassador training

**Skills/Experience Required**
- Minimum 2 years Sales experience working in a Contact Centre.
- Excellent sales expertise and a proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Exceptional customer service and administrative skills
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workloads
- Self-motivated and results driven

**Salary**: Up to £55,000.00 per year
