Our prestigious Knaresborough client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist/Administrator for their busy fast paced offices, this is on an ongoing temporary basis.
Duties include
- Reception Duties - meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries.
- Proving support for the team
- Setting up and managing meeting rooms
- Signing in visitors
This is a Monday
- Friday role 10am or 11am until 5.30pm. £11-£11.50ph
