**About the Job**:

- **Arrival Experience**: Welcome customers with warmth and courtesy as they arrive at our golf fitting studio. Create a comfortable atmosphere, address any initial inquiries, and ensure they enjoy a pleasant wait until their fitting appointment.
- **Communication**: Handle phone calls, social media interactions, and gather customer feedback to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- **Identify Areas of Improvement**: Continuously assess customer experiences and contribute to enhancing the overall in-person and virtual interactions. Share insights and suggestions for improving our services and customer engagement.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer concerns, questions, or issues related to golf equipment fittings and purchases.
- **Appointment Coordination**: Efficiently manage and coordinate appointments for golf club fittings and consultations. Ensure a seamless booking process that accommodates customer preferences, while maximizing studio utilization.
- **Creative Social Media Engagement**:Contribute your creative flair to curate engaging and golf-related social media posts. Help us build an online community that reflects our passion for the game and keeps customers informed and excited.
- **Order Status Follow-Up**: Proactively follow up with existing customers to provide updates on the status of their orders. Ensure customers are well-informed and feel cared for throughout the process.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Maintain strong communication with customers to update them about their orders, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

**Experience And Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is beneficial, especially if it involves direct customer interactions and resolving customer inquiries or issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team.

This role is full time only and will be based out in our Edinburgh office.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
