Overview:
**Duties**:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging sessions to enhance skills and performance
- Develop and implement effective training programmes to improve technique, stunts, tumbles, jumps, and routines
- Motivate and inspire squad members to reach their individual and collective goals
- Organise and supervise practices, rehearsals, and performances
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance members' skills and confidence
- Collaborate with other coaches, staff members, and parents to ensure the success of the programme
- Attend if required competitions, events, and games to support the squad
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in cheerleading or dance
- Ability to educate and train individuals of varying skill levels
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, parents, and stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills to plan practices, schedules, and events efficiently
- Passion for the disciplines with a commitment to promoting sportsmanship and teamwork
- Strong reliability
**Experience**:
- Previous coaching advantageous working with all ages from pre school to young adults
- DBS, First aid, safeguarding (though we can assist with this)
- Dance, Acro, Cheerleading, Gymnastics qualifications ideal (but can be supported by us)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: £12.00-£20.00 per hour
