**We are currently recruiting for a Night Reception Lobby Host** **for our 4 Star Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow Hotel. This role comes with forward career progression.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to join the Front of House Team at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow Hotel.
- As a Night Lobby Host, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guest, including check and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires during the night operation.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

**About You**:

- Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
