**Location: Guildford, UK - and on a hybrid basis**

We are seeking an outstanding Behavioural Scientist - KTP Associate to join our team on a full time (40 hours per week), fixed term basis for 25 months, with 10% of time for personal development.

Outputs from the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project will include:

- Report on the drivers and challenges of sustainability within the relocation sector. The report will be based on desk research and primary data (survey, interviews and/or focus groups) collection and analysis. You will also need to present your findings to various teams within K2 and convert the report into an academic conference paper.
- Report on lab tested nudges that improve sustainable choices within the relocation sector. The report will be based on a literature review and a series of lab experiments. You will also need to run a workshop on experimental methods at K2, convert the findings into an academic journal paper and discuss the commercial viability of the proposed nudges.
- Report on field tested nudges that improve sustainable choices within the relocation sector. The report will be based on a series of field experiments run in conjunction with K2. You will also need to convert the findings into an industry conference paper and sales material for K2.
- Various channels to disseminate and embed the knowledge developed in outputs 1 - 3. This will include an academic seminar and journal paper, as well as a handbook for K2 and training workshops.
