**The Hours**:
A typical shift is 10:30am to 3:30pm working Sunday to Thursday each week. (Friday and Saturday will need non working days)
But we would also love to hear from you should 9:30am to 2:30pm be of interest. We can be flexible.

During the months of November to February we reduced our opening hours. We therefore are offering this role as 1000 hours over the year that will flex up and down depending on our opening hours. This role is what we refer to as annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal installments over the year

**The Salary**:£11 per hour. Career development available.

This role is based at Trengwainton Garden, Penzance.
- Most of our locations are not accessible by public transport and therefore we encourage you to consider how you would commute here before you apply._

What you'll be doing:You’ll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes, making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.

You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available
