**Job Summary**

We are looking for a competent, reliable individual who can use their own initiative to work both on their own and as part of a team in a busy workplace environment, knowledge of CFP would be beneficial but not essential.

**Duties will include, but not be limited to the following**:
Posting of client deposits both received and paid;
Placing online adverts for residential and student lettings;
Providing prospective tenants with viewings of managed properties;
Creating tenancy agreements for all new tenants;
Inspecting properties and liaising with landlords;
Conducting move in & move out inspections and preparing the respective inventories;
Liaising with Durham County Council regarding any HMO requirements;
Instructing contractors to carry out any property maintenance; and

General office duties; filing, answering telephone, form completions.

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
