**Job Overview**:
Our client is a Digital Consultancy and are currently looking a Bid Writer to join their dynamic team They offer innovative digital, software, cloud and cyber security solutions to their clients who are from the public and private sectors. You'll be working on interesting large-scale Government and private sector projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Proposal Development**: Research, write, and edit high-quality proposals, bids, and tender responses that align with client requirements and highlight the company's strengths. Having a high-level understanding on the technology/digital industry is a requirement for this job role (e.g. Agile, SDLC, DevOps).
- **Managing Bid Responses**:Experience using G-Cloud, DOS is a must with an eye for detail for submission using STAR format.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and maintain a library of reusable content, case studies, and testimonials to streamline the proposal writing process.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, and project managers, to gather information and ensure the timely submission of proposals.
- **Compliance**:Ensure that all proposals meet the specified client guidelines, formatting requirements, and submission deadlines.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and incorporate insights into proposals to differentiate the company.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.
- **Client Relationship**: Engage with clients to clarify requirements and address questions or concerns during the proposal process.
- **Bid Tracking**: Working closely with our Bid Co-ordinator to ensure records are kept up to date in our CRM for regular reporting.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in bid writing or proposal development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal management software.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CRM and proposal management software.
