Ibis Styles London Gloucester Road is looking for an amazing and inspiring Hotel Team Leader / Duty Manager who will support the management team to create memorable experiences for our guests.

**What will you do?**

If you think talking to people is an art, and if you enjoy when no day is the sameThen this is what you could expect to do:

- Welcome the guests and consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Contribute to guest’s satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
- Assist the Assistant General Manager in all aspects of the department.
- Provide support and leadership to all Hotel Team Members.
- Provide day to day operational and managerial support for Front Desk and ensure all service standards are followed.
- Provide support to Food & Beverage operations accordingly and when addicted.
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Review arrivals, ensure that special requests are met and service is anticipatory.
- Handle Guest concerns and react promptly, logging, notifying proper areas and ensuring the utmost satisfaction in resolutions.
- Assist in growing ALL program membership.

- A solid background in front office operations is essential, a previous supervisory experience is a plus.
- A creative, can-do attitude, with the ability to think outside of the box.
