**Position Overview**:
Responsible for assisting and supporting in the management and optimisation of existing products and uploading of new brands/products onto Amazon and eBay. Supporting the ecommerce function in its B2B/B2C activity with other prominent etailers and marketplace accounts.

We supply many channels including Grocery, Ecommerce, Wholesale, Pet Specialist and Export to over 40 counties.
Our brands inlcude: Webbox, Bob Martin, Meatiful, TastyBone, Felight, WildThings and Spikes.

**The duties and responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Day to day maintenance of Amazon (Seller Central) & eBay marketplace platforms ensuring our stores and product listings are up-to-date and error free
- Creating accurate new listings and uploading them to the various platforms
- Knowledge of creating shipments in Amazon Seller Central (FBA)
- Inventory Management
- Resolving customer enquiries on eBay/Amazon
- Optimising product titles and descriptions appropriately for the marketplace and audience. Ensuring the products are displayed correctly on all selling channels
- Continuously review and amend listings to improve impressions and conversions
- Improving product rankings on key search terms and identifying new ranking opportunities
- Monitoring all health metrics on ecommerce sales channels and highlighting concerns & issues
- Assisting and supporting the rest of the ecommerce team with ad hoc projects on Amazon, eBay and the wider ecommerce portfolio

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience within similar role
- Expertise in the Amazon Seller Central platform and eBay Seller Hub
- Good written and verbal communication skills in order to accurately describe products, using clear and creative language
- Tech literate: comfortable using Excel and other Microsoft products and familiarity with social and online trends
- Strong analytical skills - willing and able to think independently, analyse data, spot and highlight trends and not afraid to make suggestions for improvement
- A self-starter who is energetic and enthusiastic with a creative mind, bursting with ideas and drive
