Pharmacy Act

We are looking to recruit an experienced ACT to join our team in Thurrock, Essex. You will be working as part of the team within our Hub to ensure medications are delivered to our clients within the agreed time frames.

The role is fulltime/part time and you will Lead/ manage the running of the care home dispensing team.

As an ACT you will be required to:
Accurately dispense and/or check prescriptions as required

Ordering and checking of received goods

Communicate with care homes and patients regarding prescriptions.

Be in regular communication with healthcare professionals.
