Vending Operator

Caffe Delizia is looking for a Vending Operator to join our team to service our company vending machines at various sites around the Dudley / Bromsgrove area.

This role includes product and stock handling, cash collections and data recording, customer service and quality control.

In this active role, you will be on the road, loading and unloading goods from your vehicle and into customer sites. A good level of fitness and a positive customer facing manner will be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and replenishing coffee and vending machines to ensure the hygiene, cleanliness and safe working of the machines to comply with the Company and statutory regulations.
- Ensuring all points of service are adequately stocked and products rotated as necessary.
- Liaising with management and recording any breakdowns of machines to comply with Caffe Delizia standards.
- Carrying out any necessary minor repairs or services and reporting any major faults to ensure that all machines are always in good working order.
- Cashing up of vending machines and adequately reporting on cash collected.
- Completing paperwork for office, including stock orders.
- Providing an efficient, caring and friendly service to customers to determine their preferences.
- Attending to any reasonable management requests.

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

- Clean Driving Licence (5 years) (required)
