Company restructure and expansion has opened up 3 NEW telesales roles based in Horwich.

**Your goal** as a telemarketer would be to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. By effectively conveying the value of our drainage services, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth.
**- Prospecting and lead generation**: Researching and identifying potential businesses that could benefit from our drainage services.**:

- Cold calling**:Initiating outbound calls to businesses to introduce our company and services, and generate interest.**:

- Providing information**: Clearly and effectively communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of our drainage services.**:

- Appointment setting**: Scheduling appointments or demonstrations for interested prospects to further discuss our services.**:

- Follow-up**:Maintaining a follow-up system to nurture leads and convert them into customers.**:

- Database management**: Updating and maintaining accurate records of interactions, prospects, and customer information.**:

- Collaboration**: Coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.**:

- Full training** will be given in the use of our telephone and work systems.
- Experience in a similar role (in the concrete industry/ mix designs);
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload;
- Ability to work along or as part of a team;
- Geographical knowledge of the local area;
- Have good communication, organisation and team-working skills
