**Position: Optical Sales Representative**

**Location**: Hinckley

**Salary Range**: £23,100 - £25,000 (Based on experience) + Attractive Bonus Scheme

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispensing Glasses**: Assist customers in selecting and fitting prescription glasses, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction with the product.
- **Frame Styling**: Guide customers in choosing frames that best suit their aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs, enhancing their overall appearance and confidence.
- **Outdoor Leafleting and Promotion**: Actively participate in outdoor promotional activities to attract new customers, including distributing leaflets and engaging with potential clients in a friendly and informative manner.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Provide unparalleled customer service by understanding individual customer needs and offering personalized solutions. Go above and beyond to create a memorable shopping experience for every customer.
- **Sales Targets**: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success. Participate in the bonus scheme by achieving set sales goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record in sales, with a natural ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
- Previous experience in the optical industry is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a drive to provide personalized and thoughtful assistance to all customers.
- A people-person, capable of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- Flexibility to participate in outdoor promotional activities and adapt to varying customer needs.
