Full time role

**Salary**: 26-32k
- Office, home and venue working spread over 5 full days (Tuesday-Saturday)

SwimExpert is looking for a Swimming Coordinator to join our Operation Team, who will be responsible for day-to-day operations at a number of venues, working under both our service offerings SwimExpert & HydroKidz.

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven, strategic thinker with leadership qualities to help us grow and maintain standards.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to be innovative, creative, where your voice will be heard where you will have a principal role in the operations of the business.

Ideally, the applicant will be based **in or around the East Berkshire/South Bucks/Middlesex/North-west Surrey areas. **Our head office is in Reading where you will be expected to attend at least three times weekly.

The role is offered upon a Full-time basis.

**Background info on the company**:
SwimExpert started life in 2006 however this was a one-man band entity until 2010 when we set upon a journey to grow the business.

The growth has continued to this day where offer private lessons out of 30 venues predominately in the South East, although we have a few outside of this zone. HydroKidz is now in 6 schools, and is attended by 2500+ children weekly.

We work to an ethos of rules within SwimExpert and have ambitious goals not only to grow but to improve our offerings and standards across the board.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Manage, develop and monitor the implementation and administration of the Learn to Swim programs
- Co-ordinate the efficient and effective deployment of the team, to meet the customer and business needs
- Mentor and develop all swimming teacher/coaches by implementing staff training and induction sessions
- To successfully meet KPI targets
- Monitor and maintain relevant health and safety, employment and safeguarding legislation
- Help to develop and implement ideas and improvements to our ways of working to both increase revenue and customer retention
- To teach and lead by example (10hrs on average per week)

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to make decisions and solve problems
- ASA/Swim England/STA Level 2 or equivalent qualification and knowledge of learn to swim teaching pathways
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the swimming lesson programme
- Understanding of relevant health and safety and employment legislation
- Experience advantageous but not necessary
- UK Full driving licence
- Microsoft office - working knowledge

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
