**Description**

As a Junior Artworker you will join our busy artwork production team working closely with the Marketing Team, Studio and a talented team of Creatives. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a natural flair for layout design, POS experience as well as excellent knowledge of digital mediums.

Reporting into the Traffic Manager, you will have weekly meetings to discuss ongoing workload and goal setting. You will also have the opportunity for quarterly meetings to discuss longer term strategy and goal setting.

Our goal is to create an environment in which you can learn new skills, gain experience in existing ones and improve your knowledge of the consumer continually. You will be supported in your journey and will be pushed to take on new challenges and expand your knowledge.

**About You**

You will have previous Artwork and Design experience across a range of mediums with a particular focus on print and digital, ideally in a Retail environment or have a working knowledge of the industry.

Able to demonstrate an ability to take briefs and work within brand guidelines to support the campaign/project effectiveness. Have excellent skills in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (or relevant tools/software).

**Why Footasylum?**

We are one of the leading omni-channel retailers across the UK, but more than that we are a brilliant place to work. We value you and your development. We have loads of examples of people moving upwards, across to other departments and given training to excel their personal and professional skills. Our aim is to create a fun environment, where your success is paramount to ours and you are given the right tools, support and platform to achieve your goals.

**Diversity**

We recognise and value the importance of diversity to help make sure we have lots of different perspectives when we are building services to customers and the wider business. This is great news for our business. Diversity for us is also, importantly, about building happy teams full of people that want to learn and want to be inspired by each other and our different experiences and backgrounds.

**Recruitment Process**

With the COVID-19 situation beginning to abate, our teams are all working a in a hybrid mix of office and home working, adjusting to this new way of working as best we can - and as such we’ll help make the interview process as clear and stress-free as possible, giving you the same opportunity as if we were meeting face to face.

We value open and honest conversations and collaboration, giving you a chance to learn about what we are doing in an informal and friendly environment. We want to know about you and why you feel that this is the opportunity for you.

Please note, this is not a remote role and our expectation is that you will be able to attend Studio in a hybrid way, in Manchester.
