**Description**:
Pay rate**:£14.50 - 15.00 **_(_**_WEEKLY PAY_**_)_
Shift Pattern: Shifts available**:12 hours Days/Nights (Mon to Sun)**
Opportunity to pick up extra shifts for annual leave/sickness.

This position is open to **female support workers only**, due to the families preference

**Requirements**:Care experience, Understanding and communicating in_ Punjabi, Hindu or Mirpuri _is essential

We’ve got an exciting new opportunity for the right person to work with a lovely lady we support in the Slough area. She has a C4/T3 injury, possible osteoporosis, Mild LD and congenital blindness

You will effectively become part of their everyday life, with the role encompassing everything from companionship to personal care to managing complex care needs and medication requirements.

- Able to prepare meals

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Understanding and communicating in_ Punjabi, Hindu or Mirpuri _advantageous but not essential
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
