12 Rounds Boxing is an independent boxing and fitness facility in Clapham Junction, featured in Time Out, GQ and Square Mile as one of ‘London’s Best Boxing gyms’.

We are a community focussed gym and incredibly passionate about promoting wellness. We believe that boxing makes you better’ not just physically but also at life and that regularly training helps you stay both mentally and physically fit and strong. We run both group and 1-1 sessions for all levels of fitness and abilities. We have a 2-story gym comprising of a boxing ring on each floor, punch bags along with strength and conditioning equipment.

Our training sessions comprises of both programmes and drop in classes. Those new to boxing begin with our signature boxing fundamentals programme which teaches them the foundations and introduces our training system. Members can then continue to train by attending our drop in technical and bag work classes or by joining a further programme to progress their fitness and skills. For anyone who wants to complete, we run a 10 week fight white collar ‘fight school’ programme.

We are looking for an exceptional boxing coach to join our team. We are looking for someone highly experienced with their own fight experience and a passion for boxing and coaching. Fun and energy are a must. You must be happy coaching everyone from kids to fitness enthusiasts alongside serious boxers.

We are a small team who love what we do and support each other along the way. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, passionate about boxing and health who wants to get involved with a growing business.

Must have:

- Reps level2/3 fitness qualification and first aid certificate.
- England Boxing qualification an advantage but not essential.
- Humble attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be flexible and able to work shifts including evenings, weekends and early mornings.
- You must be relaiable, have a strong team work ethos and be willing to contribute to day to day shift tasks as well as coaching.
- Must have a good sense of humour. We strive to provide a fun, environement and don't take ourselves too seriously.
- Sales and marketing experience an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
