Manufacturing and sistribution Group based in Bordon, Hampshire, has a requirement for an experienced Finance Manager to undertake the day to day management of the division’s Finance and HR functions.
**What will the Finance Manager role involve?**
- Reporting to the Managing Director, the key responsibilities of the Finance Manager position will include;
- Preparation of all monthly and annual financial reporting, including all statutory returns including VAT and PAYE;
- Maintain full control of the general ledger by ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are produced on a monthly basis with any discrepancies investigated and rectified;
- Co-ordinate the production of all management accounts, revenue forecasts, cash flows, stock levels, debtors and profit forecasts (in line with the financial reporting timelines; I.E. never late) on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis as is appropriate,taking care to maintain full dialogue with the MD both pre & post publication;
- Management of the annual budgeting process in conjunction with the senior management team;
- Production of ad hoc KPI information as and required to provide detailed analysis on company performance and support the future development of the business.
- Applicants for the position will either hold a full accountancy qualification or be qualified by experience, with previous experience of working within a divisional, SME environment and comfortable reporting to a larger Group entity on a timely and accuratebasis;

- The role is office based 5 days a week.Working hours are 8.15-5.15 Monday to Thursday and 8.30-12.30 on Friday.
