Assembler / Solderer

Our client are currently looking to recruit an Assembler/Solderer based in the Gosport area. This is a temp to perm position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and assemble units PCB's (including soldering) in accordance with detailed work instruction sheets, customer specific drawing and specifications.
- Verify that routing and detailed Work Instruction Sheets have been followed for all activities.
- Adhere to the company's quality operating procedures at all time during the execution of day to day assembly activities, complying with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, AS9100 and NADCAP procedures where required.
- Ensure compliance to the company Health and Safety and Environmental procedures.
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- Proven and demonstrable experience of working within electronic assembly / PCB operations, ideally with the defence or aerospace sector.
- A good understanding of Health and Safety Management with an engineering / manufacturing environment.
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills and invest in professional development.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well respected company. This will be 37 hours per week, plus overtime if wanted.
