**Headhunter / Recruitment Consultant - Hedge Funds**

**Location: London City**

**Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 basic + uncapped OTE**

Our client will give you best in class training to develop an array of skills including Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Search & Selection & Interviewing which will enable you to be a success in Recruitment but alsogive you life long skills that will be useful in any line of business.

**What is Recruitment?**

- You will need to be a high calibre graduate with degree of a 2:1 or above, ideally from a top 25 University
- You will have strong A Levels and be polished, articulate and confident
- You should also ideally have 3 months B2B sales experience with a good track record
- You are entrepreneurial, determined and driven with a real will to succeed
