Qc Supervisor

We are looking for a person to join our QC Team in a busy packhouse environment as **QC Supervisor**.

**Details of the position**:
Full time, min. 39 hours per week,
Shift: Tuesday
- Saturday; 6:00 am starting time; days off: Sunday & Monday.
Rate of pay up to: £11.94 per hour; £14.93/ overtime

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the quality control process and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Analyse data and trends to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Document and maintain accurate records of quality control activities

**Requirements**:

- equivalent work experience in fresh food produce
- Proven experience in quality control or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles and practices
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Any other duties as reasonably requested

**Salary**: £11.94 per hour
