**Junior Mechanical Technician**

Our prestigious, unique market leading client based close to Norwich are currently seeking an enthusiastic Junior Mechanical Technician to join our client’s expanding team.

This role offers exciting growth and expansion plans over the next few years and would be a great place to start/develop your career and develop your skills and experience. After appropriate training, you could head the Test and Production facility.

**Required experience/attributes**:

- Power Electronics or a Mechanical background
- Enthusiastic person who wants to develop knowledge in Power Electronics

**Key job duties and requirements**:

- **Test bay cabling** - connecting & disconnecting input and output cables
- **SP150 module testing assistance** - Wire checking & Connecting. (Potential to progress and carry out validation checks)
- **Assistance with converter testing** - wire checks & any modifications required
- **Punch list items** - Assist with completing punch list items when testing complete
- **Packaging** - Assist with packaging converter, documentation & parts being shipped are recorded
- **General production assistance** - help with foaming of panels, door locks, mechanical works, heat exchangers
