**Role: Relief Support Worker (£250 Welcome Bonus)**

**Basic Salary: £11.75 per hour (plus an additional 12.07%)**

**Location: Chippenham, Calne, Melksham, Corsham**

**Hours: Relief only**

We are looking for relief support workers to join our team in Wiltshire to work across our supported living service where we support individuals to live as independently as possible whilst enjoying barrier free access to the community.

You do not need to be able to work across all locations you can have one base.

**A Relief Support Worker’s duties**

Your role will involve:

- Providing active support
- Assisting with jobs around the house
- Helping the people we support with evening and morning routines
- Personal care
- Monitoring the wellbeing of the people we support
