**Shift Patterns**:Working Mondays to Sunday onrotational basis.

14 hours/ day working Nights during the week.

12 hours / day working either Days or Nights on the weekend.

Average of 59 hours per week.

All shifts will depend on rota.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Monitoring of CCTV (CCTV licence not required)
- Building Management System
- Fire system.
- Proactive interaction with the client & their staff, visitors to the site as well as contractors; ensuring that superb customer service is always provided.
- Dealing with enquiries and reporting any issues on site.
- Covering all required security related duties as/when required.
- Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.

**To succeed in this role, you will need the following**:

- Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.
- Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.
- Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
- Polite, Articulate, reliable and excellent timekeeping.
- Good command of English language (Verbal and Written).
