This full-time, face-to-face, office-based position involves 37 hours of work, spread across 5 days out of 6, from Monday to Saturday.

The schedule is designed to accommodate customer appointments, and there is potential for some remote work based on service requirements.

A DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service and a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Search) will be required for access to DWP systems before the appointment is confirmed.
