We look after properties in and around Aylesbury, Banbury, Bicester, Swindon and Witney - all from our flagship Central Office in Witney. n exciting opportunity for a temporary Inventory Clerk with the possibility of a permanent contract to join a thriving dynamic team.
You must have exceptional attention to detail, own transport, internet access and be PC literate. Full training is given.
You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, property condition inventories and check out inspections across our portfolio of residential lettings properties.
This role requires on average 8-10 hours per week across 2 or 3 days. As the nature of the work can fluctuate there needs to be a degree of flexibility on a weekly basis to be available anywhere from 2-3 days. However, the work can be completed at a time that suits the clerk between 9am-5pm.
