Are you a reliable, professional, and results-oriented multi-skilled handyman able to cover either St Helens, Warrington or Wigan boroughs? DHA Property Services (t/a Fixerly) is seeking talented individuals to join our team on a self-employed basis. We offer repeat work opportunities, handle advertising, and provide a steady flow of projects to ensure your success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out a wide range of handyman tasks, including joinery, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship, paying attention to detail, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, assess their needs, and provide suitable solutions.
- Manage your own schedule and complete assigned projects within specified timeframes.
- Maintain a professional and organised approach to work, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are readily available.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a multi-skilled handyman, demonstrating expertise in various trades.
- Ability to work independently and meet project requirements with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different job requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner.
- Valid driving licence and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
