Silverback is a fast growing e-commerce fitness clothing brand. We are market leaders in apparel for the strength community. We work with elite athletes and ambassadors from the Strongman, Powerlifting and Bodybuilding sectors and our team is rapidly growing.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Activewear Fashion Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualising, planning, and executing high-quality design concepts that align with our brand's vision. This role demands a highly motivated creative thinker and skilled designer with a keen interest in the fitness industry.
- Designing and developing multi-product ranges for both short and long lead time product areas.
- Researching trends and identifying the direction for product ranges
- Taking ownership and responsibility for your areas which includes independent research, product development and range builds
- Working closely with Buying teams to develop product in line with the options to a tight critical path
- Working closely with the technical team, advising factories on construction, details with clear and concise design briefs to ensure accurate samples are produced
- Sourcing from fabric mills and supply base and building relationship with suppliers
- Strong fabric knowledge across all areas
- Reacting to sales information and designing commercially relevant fashion forward range
- Strong commercial handwriting and fashion forward ideas
- Constantly reviewing range with critical eye, highlighting opportunities & reacting to trade
- Maintain a close working relationship with our athletes/ambassadors.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
