I am looking for a part time bookkeeper to join an exciting and well known, luxury brand, founded in Worcester.
- Bank and Petty Cash posting and reconciliations
- Purchase invoice processing and all aspects of purchase ledger
- Produce sales invoices, maintain sales ledger, credit control
- Producing supplier payment runs
- Calculate monthly payroll and employee expenses
- Monthly calculation and submissions to HMRC
- Create and post monthly journals, including wages, accruals, prepayments
- Complete accounts to P&L
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- VAT returns

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- AAT Level 3 or 4 (or working towards)
- SAGE and Excel experience is essential
- Proven to be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to use you own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Manage own deadlines and workloads
- Adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

My client are opening new premises in Worcester, and although this role will be office based, in Worcester, their HQ is based in Cheltenham. An interim training period and occasional travel to this office will be required.

This is a part time role, approx. 20hours per week and paying approx. £30,000 FTE.
