Intelect are an award winning electrical and mechanical engineering company with bases in Middlesbrough, Leicester and Grimsby, predominantly servicing process industries such as food and beverage manufacturing, utilities, heavy industry and renewables. We are currently looking for an experienced Welder to join our growing team in Grimsby with an immediate start available. Reporting to the Workshop Manager.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to work within a team/ on own to fabricate jobs
- Proven experience working with Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium
- Ability to read and fabricate from engineering drawing

We are looking for someone with the following experience and qualifications:

- Time Served Apprenticeship
- A full UK driver’s license
- Experience working within the food, chemical industry
- Skills for interpreting mechanical drawings, documentation and data
- Various safety qualifications such as CSCS Card / site safety passport / MEWP / IPAF / SSSTS are desirable

**Working Hours**
- Full time - 39 hours per week, with overtime available
- Grimsby, Nationwide and Overseas
- Immediate start available
