PSR Solutions are working with a well established civils contractor to recruit a General Foreman to drive projects in the Yorkshire region.

The successful Foreman will be a strong man-manager, capable of supervising gangs, maintaining records, diaries, delivering toolbox talks and driving a programme. You will be local to the Yorkshire region, and able to travel throughout South, West and parts of North Yorkshire.

Experience within either a utilities field, water, groundworks and road construction is ideal.

Our client is has a solid pipeline of projects and a growing team operating within roadworks, groundworks and infrastructure projects ranging from £200k - £2m in value. Teamwork is a huge part of their culture; with a growing team delivering both framework awarded and competitively tendered projects.

**Qualifications or Required Experience**:

- First Aid at Work (preferable)
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- CSCS Card
- Current valid driving license
- MUST have experience of groundworks, deeep drainage, concreting, 278 works.
- Heavy Civils and infrastructure experience preferred
- Be confident in delivering briefings, and recording site diaries
