**A Snapshot of Your Apprenticeship**

Part of being an apprentice atSiemens Energy means you get to work on real life projects whilst also beingsupported on a guided learning journey. This will be a 4 year apprenticeshipwhere you will complete the Engineering Fitter Standard.
- This training leads to a Level 2 Foundation qualification and alongside this you will develop your knowledge by undertaking a Level 3 technical qualification. Relevant functional skills are also undertaken if required.
- Following on from this you will progress to complete an NVQ Level 3 qualification. Whilst completing the NVQ Level 3 you will undertake a series of work placements within the business which will be predominantly workshop based and include both fitting and machining.

- Inaddition, you should have achieved or be on track to achieve at least 4 GCSEs,or equivalent, at Level 4 (C) or above which must include Maths, English(Language or Literature) and Science.
