- Interest in spray paint finishes in both water based and solvent based products
- Experience as a sprayer - Minimum 3 years
- Good timekeeping and organisation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of health and safety and COSHH
- Understanding of exterior & interior timber products
- A meticulous and organised nature - ensuring items are ready to leave the booth within timeframes.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be confident liaising with suppliers and co-workers.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Keeping accurate progress on each item in the spray finishing booth
- Responsible for completing high-end projects from start to finish to set deadlines
- Lifting and carefully moving completed joinery items into the spray booth
- Must be able to adapt products to fit client requirements/changes
- Monitor and assess stock, ensuring stock is at correct levels, Checking paint deliveries against delivery notes
- Selecting and evaluating materials for defects, reporting issues to management
- Must have good housekeeping, keep the workshop and stores tidy and organised at all times
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies, procedures and regulations at all times
- Deliver excellent frontline service to clients, contractors and suppliers
- A good team player with the ability to manage their time, complete daily documentation and be flexible enough to assist others where they are required.

In addition to the above you will carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
