**Salary**: £30,000 + Good Tips
A great opportunity to join a Leading Catering company at a prestigious site in Central London This is a Chef de Partie role based in the Pastry Section. The basic salary of £30k is supplemented by hourly tips as well which can be as much as £10ph over theChristmas period.
The salary for this role is £30k and based on a 40 hour contract. This is a 5/7 day operation with some weekends required but no evenings as the restaurant closes at 6pm Mon-Sat and 5pm on Sunday.
The Pastry chef will be have the full running of the section and be supported as required. You will report into The Head Pastry Chef, you will produce restaurant desserts and cakes as well as cookies and muffins and some event work will also be required
Experience in Pastry gained in either Contract Catering or High End Restaurant / Hotel will be required as well as a solid work history. Experience of using High Quality Fresh ingredients is a must
