Booking Diary Stock Clerk

To support increasing customer demand, we are currently seeking a Booking Diary Clerk to assist our stock control team.
**Shift Pattern Available**:Monday to Friday 08:00-14:30 (6 months fixed term contract)
**Rate of Pay**: £12. 39 per hour.
**The role**
In this role you will:
- Taking diary bookings over the telephone from Suppliers
- Maintaining the diary caps
- Regular communication with the customer
- Creating PO's
- Customer queries
- General office duties as required
**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience with diary management
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to communicate clearly with other team members in English
- Due to limited public transport, you must either have a car or be able to cycle or walk to NG22 8TX
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
