Legal Cashier

**_Salary:_** £25000 pa (12 months FTC, potential for permanent position)

**_Working hours:_** 9am - 5pm / Monday to Friday
- Previous experience within a legal cashier role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload efficiently

**_Job Description:_**

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a well-established solicitor's firm for a Legal Cashier in the ST6 area, Stoke on Trent. Duties include:

- Daily banking and bank reconciliations
- BACS and CHAPS payments
- Process client payments
- Monitor bank accounts for incoming client funds and transfers
- Handling general queries from fee earners
- Process inter account transfers
- Process invoices
- Ensure compliance with SAR, money laundering and VAT regs
- Credit control
