**Product Owner**

**Reports to**: VP of Engineering

**Location**:Hybrid - Newmarket

**Hours**:32 hours across a 4-day week (no salary sacrifice)

**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

This is an exciting time to consider joining Wonde as we're scaling and want you to help us create something special as we expand into new territories.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Working with multiple teams at Wonde to create accurate User Stories
- Maintaining a well-structured and prioritised backlog
- Facilitate Agile meetings such as Agile Storyboarding and other requirement gathering tools and techniques
- Define overall product vision and establish objectives
- Drive sprint planning in order to deliver maximum value
- Business partner with internal key stakeholders to develop, agree and implement project strategy
- Create, prepare and deliver reports on status of projects

**Requirements**:
**What we're hoping you'll bring**:

- Product Owner and or Business Analyst experience
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects within ambitious timelines
- Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships internally and externally
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the willingness to challenge and be challenged (we love new ideas)
- Ambition and initiative to drive change with the confidence to embrace new ways of working in an ever-moving sector
- Ability to prioritise workflow and ensure deadlines are met
- Demonstrable knowledge of multiple agile techniques, processes, patterns and tools
- Backlog management using JIRA
- Experience working in Edtech (nice to have)
- Technical background (nice to have)
- A keen eye for designing new products and functionality
