**What you can expect from the role**:

- Meeting with prospect employers face to face and virtually to understand more about their recruitment needs
- Taking a full job profile from prospect employer
- Writing job advertisements for our website and social media platforms
- Offering interview preparation advice
- Completing reference checks
- Following the offer and onboarding processes

**This is what you will have under your belt**:

- Previous customer service or account management experience
- Determination and motivation to make a difference
- Be passionate about your career
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Teams, Zoom and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Must be agile
- Must be hungry for success as we are on a mission
