**FTE Salary**: In line with National Pay Scales M1-US £35,368 - £51,053

**T**emple Learning Academy are offering a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced or aspiring SENDCo. We are a truly inclusive through school with a substantial student support team. The Secondary Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCo) will work closely with the Assistant Principal for Student Support to oversee and manage the operation of TLA’s SEND policy within the Secondary Phase. The SENDCo for Secondary will work collaboratively with leaders, teachers and the pastoral team to ensure that all students with special educational needs and disabilities are supported to reach their full potential.
