**Job Role**

To provide support to the Director in an efficient, effective and high quality manner and to act as a conduit between the Trust’s Senior Management Team. The post holder will be responsible for the coordination of their workload to meet the demands of the Director’s office and for ensuring necessary follow up action and deadlines are met.

Qualifications/Experience

1. 1. HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative field AND 1 years’ experience in clerical/administrative role.

OR

4 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or higher, including English AND

2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.

OR

3 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role

2. 2. OCR/RSA/GCSE Stage 3 Word-processing/Typing (parts 1 & 2) or equivalent qualification

OR

An equivalent standard of word processing skills gained through a minimum of 1 years’ word-processing experience.

3. Experience of Microsoft office packages to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel

4. Experience of minute taking and organising/servicing meetings

**This role is temporary initially for 1 month initially.**

**37.5 Hours per week**

**Monday-Friday**

**9-5**

**Paid weekly.**
