Established in 1987 the company specialises in cloud platforms for Sage 200 ERP systems, software development, network support and training. We are a high-quality company and carry Microsoft Gold Partner, Sage Business Partner and ISO27001 certifications.

**Duties**:
Primary Role:

- To provide product support for ERP software and associated products
- To attend project hand-overs and resulting on-site pre-project analysis visits
- To install Sage and Sage-related software
- Specific Products (**Training available where required)**
- Sage 200 ERP software / Microsoft Business Central software
- Sicon and Draycir Add-on modules

Other roles will become available through experience and personal development:

- Project Management
- Business Process Documentation
- SQL Server (administration, query generation & scripting)
- Report writing and data analysis
- Bespoke software development

**Skills**:

- Enthusiasm and confidence
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Interest in IT
- Ability to learn quickly
- Helpdesk experience (an advantage)
- Sage 200 experience (an advantage)

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
