Swim School Co-ordinator

Location: Uppingham, LE15 9QD

Working hours: 20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Working hours will predominantly be around the swim school times and will include evenings and weekend work on a rota basis

**Salary**: £10.13 per hour.

Opportunity to play a key role coordinating the Swim School programme within a

first-class facility, part of one of the leading schools in the UK.

The Swim School Co-ordinator will:

- Coordinate the delivery of the swim school, crash courses, adult, private and swim fit swimming lesson/programs
- Be responsible for the administration processes for swimming lesson bookings
- Coordinate and assist with regular assessments for new swimmers
- Ensure the swim teachers’ rota is up-to-date
- Recruit, induct, train and assess new swimming teachers

They will also need to be highly organised and confident with the ability to enthuse and motivate customers.
