Casualty Associate

**Birmingham - £ 45,000 - £60,000**Casualty Associate - 4-Year + PQE - Birmingham - Defendant
My client, a top tier firm are looking for a Associate join their nationally recognised casualty insurance team based in Birmingham.The role will involve managing a varied caseload including casualty, disease, EL/PL, historic abuse, stress and RTA claimsalong with supporting partners with other wide ranging and complex matters.
**Role**:

- Ensuring cases are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Experience of handling defender or pursuer personal injury claims.
- Strong technical ability to include a thorough grasp of principles and case law and topics.
- Working with our valued and long-standing clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice.
- Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices.
- Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- Developing your technical and commercial knowledge via training or working practices.
