2nd in Design

Westwood Education are currently working with an Ofsted "Good" in Oxford who are looking for a 2nd in charge of Design & Technology and Team Leader of Key Stage 3.

This is a permanent role to start ASAP/Easter

The school are looking for either someone who has vast design & technology teaching experience and wants to take the next step or an experienced design & technology leader who is looking for a new challenge.

What they want
- QTS and PGCE

Experience working in secondary schools

Co-ordinate strategies to achieve identified Department improvement priorities

Ensure that appropriate differentiated targets are set and monitored for SEN pupils

Disseminate examples of effective planning; monitor and evaluate the planning of others, providing constructive feedback on a regular basis.

The ability to lead multiple year groups and help with their continued development.

Salary
- MPS/UPS with added an added TLR

This role is not suitable for an ECT.
