2. Preparing, cooking and following daily menu to a good high standard.

3. Keeping kitchen clean and tidy at all times. Following daily cleaning rota.

4. Signing all charts relating to kitchen duties.

5. With aid of staff, serving dinner for staff to give to residents.

6. Preparing vegetables for next day.

7. Putting away deliveries if on duty that day.

8. Preparing tea (as per menu).

9. Not leaving kitchen until all work is completed and kitchen left clean and tidy, as per Food Hygiene practices and requirements. Leaving out bread/meat required for the following day.

10. Making sure all rules and regulations are carried out in the kitchen.

Correct uniform worn, hats and aprons.

**Salary**: £10.40-£10.98 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
